Objective
Mobilize employees to overcome community housing instability by facilitating hands-on Habitat for Humanity builds that strengthen family bonds and foster local connection.
Facilitation Strategies:
• Host an on-site "Tools for Housing Equity" interactive showcase where workers assemble modular housing components while discussing community housing challenges.
• Organize a "Build Day Story Circle" during site stand-downs, pairing employees with local Habitat partner families to share personal perspectives on homeownership stability.
• Launch a digital photo wall and social media campaign (\\#BuildsThatConnect) highlighting cross-departmental teams working side-by-side on construction projects.
• Facilitate a hands-on skill-sharing workshop on site where veteran trade workers mentor newer employees through collaborative framing or drywall tasks.
