Facilitation Strategies:
• Launch a "Mentor Match & Mingle" speed-networking session during Construction Inclusion Week where senior leaders and emerging talent connect to discuss career growth.
• Establish a "Shadow a Leader" day allowing junior employees to spend a shift with executive mentors to observe strategic decision-making firsthand.
• Host jobsite "Mentor Story Circles" during daily toolbox talks where experienced trade professionals share pivotal moments and career guidance with apprentices.
• Create a quarterly "Mentorship Passport" challenge that rewards pairs for completing professional development milestones and cross-departmental site visits.
