Facilitation Strategies:
• Launch a "Give-Back Tree" on job sites and in offices where employees can choose tags representing holiday essential items or gifts needed by local community families.
• Host a collaborative "Holiday Cheer" lunch-and-learn where staff assemble care packages and write encouraging notes for local community shelters.
• Run a department-versus-department food drive competition that tracks giving milestones on shared project bulletin boards to build shared purpose.
• Establish a company-matched micro-donation drive allowing employees to contribute small payroll deductions toward relief funds for coworkers or trade partners facing seasonal financial strain.
