Objective
Equip facilitators to guide youth through interactive career exploration activities, helping them overcome uncertainty about their future and confidently chart a path toward personal and professional success.
Facilitation Strategies:
• Host interactive "Career Passport" toolbox sessions where youth earn stamps for completing micro-challenges on interviewing, resume building, and exploring industry trades.
• Organize "Passports to the Field" jobsite tours paired with dynamic Q\\&A panels featuring young apprentices sharing their personal career pathways.
• Facilitate small-group visual mapping workshops where youth map out personal strengths, values, and concrete steps toward future trade or professional goals.
• Pair participants with industry professionals for a "Passport Mentorship Lunch" focused on goal-setting, overcoming career uncertainty, and expanding professional networks.
