Objective
Host welcoming community open houses to guide local residents through an engaging look at our organization, demystifying career opportunities and inspiring candidates to join our team.
Facilitation Strategies:
• Organize an interactive "Trade Skills & Career Exploration" fair featuring live demonstrations, hands-on stations, and Q\\&A sessions with current trade professionals.
• Host a student and job-seeker breakfast panel where diverse industry leaders share personal career journeys and advice on entering the construction field.
• Partner with local technical schools and community centers to conduct guided jobsite and facility walkthroughs, showcasing day-to-day operations and career pathways.
• Set up an interactive "Career Opportunity Wall" featuring QR codes linking to open positions, apprenticeship applications, and training resources.
