Objective
Guide team members through shared creative challenges to overcome workplace disconnection, build meaningful relationships, and foster a unified, engaged team culture.
Facilitation Strategies:
• Launch a "Jobsite Framing Photo Scavenger Hunt" where teams take photos representing daily inclusion pillars, like active listening or safety support.
• Organize a "Building Connections" interactive photo wall on-site where crew members submit photos of their trade partners and share one thing they learned about them.
• Host a photo-based "Perspective Puzzle Challenge" during lunch stand-downs, combining close-up site photos taken by different trade partners to highlight diverse viewpoints.
• Create a digital photo mosaic for the company intranet showcasing workers completing collaborative challenges to visually represent a unified team culture.
