• Organize a jobsite-wide photo scavenger hunt where cross-functional teams decipher clues to find and photograph specific safety and inclusion milestones.
• Set up a interactive QR-code trail across the site that leads small mixed-crew teams to historical facts and inclusion prompts relevant to Construction Inclusion Week.
• Pair field workers with office staff in short timed challenges to discover shared interests and complete fun site-based tasks together.
• Conclude the activity with a group reflection stand-down where teams share what they learned about each other and win inclusive team-building prizes.
