Objective
Unite team members in a fun, creative competition that breaks down workplace stress and transforms everyday safety gear into a symbol of shared pride and connection.
Facilitation Strategies:
• Launch a hard hat design station on site where workers paint personal stories, cultural heritage, or safety pledges directly onto their hard hats.
• Host a Friday hard hat fashion show and voting session during a catered lunch to highlight unique designs and foster team connection.
• Display decorated hard hats in the main job site trailer or office lobby throughout Construction Inclusion Week to celebrate individual creativity and shared pride.
• Create a digital gallery of hard hat entries on the company intranet or social media channels using the official \\#ConstructionInclusionWeek hashtag.
