Facilitation Strategies:
• Deliver interactive "Workforce Champions" keynote presentations at local Chamber of Commerce luncheons highlighting regional economic growth through talent partnerships.
• Host guided roundtables during Construction Inclusion Week where chamber members evaluate real-world case studies of successful business-education workforce pipelines.
• Co-create a strategic talent partnership toolkit to distribute to attending business leaders as an actionable post-presentation resource.
• Facilitate an executive speed-networking session following the presentation to connect local employers directly with regional workforce program leads.
