Empower local job seekers by guiding industry partners to build strategic workforce board collaborations that position the organization as a trusted hiring destination.
Facilitation Strategies:
• Host a regional "Workforce Summit & Trade Expo" connecting local workforce board leaders, subcontractors, and trade school students directly with site managers.
• Organize a "Building Pathways" breakfast panel where workforce development board representatives present local hiring incentives and candidate pipelines to project leadership.
• Conduct interactive jobsite roundtables with regional workforce board members to co-create tailored apprenticeship and referral programs.
• Launch a "Partner Spotlight" series on site bulletin boards and internal portals highlighting successful hires made through local workforce board collaborations.
