• Host a joint mentorship workshop connecting tradeswomen from local Women in Construction chapters with rising female apprentices on active jobsites.
• Organize a "Pathways in Trades" panel discussion featuring representatives from partner organizations to share career growth strategies.
• Create a site-based resource wall displaying upcoming networking events, scholarship opportunities, and contact details for regional Women in Construction groups.
• Sponsor a regional networking breakfast during Construction Inclusion Week to facilitate direct recruitment and relationship-building between women tradespeople and project leadership.
