• Establish a "Supplier Mentorship & Capacity Building" workshop series that provides diverse vendors with guidance on prequalification, bidding strategies, and safety compliance.
• Feature a "Supplier Diversity Spotlight" campaign on project site signage and digital boards, celebrating key contributions and successes of diverse trade partners.
