Position regional economic leaders as key guides by building strategic industry partnerships that empower local businesses to thrive and overcome growth barriers.
Facilitation Strategies:
• Host an interactive "Supplier Speed-Networking" session connecting local sub-contractors and diverse suppliers with regional prime contractors and project leaders.
• Establish a "Regional Mentorship Exchange" program where leadership from established firms provides quarterly growth strategy sessions to emerging local businesses.
• Create a shared regional workforce directory to help partner organizations co-promote skilled trade opportunities and streamline local talent referrals.
• Organize a collaborative "Industry Roundtable" bringing together public agency heads and private developers to address policy barriers for minority- and women-owned business enterprises.
