Objective
Position our organization as a trusted guide for local middle schools by providing engaging STEM activities that empower students to overcome learning barriers and inspire them toward future technical careers.
Facilitation Strategies:
• Host an interactive "Build a Bridge" challenge using simple materials where middle school students collaborate in diverse teams to solve structural engineering problems.
• Coordinate a virtual or in-person "Meet the Builders" panel featuring diverse local engineers, project managers, and trade professionals sharing their career journeys.
• Organize a hands-on digital design workshop introducing students to 3D modeling and CAD software used in modern construction and architecture.
• Lead a site-safety and tech demonstration showing how tools like drones, VR headsets, and robotics are transforming technical careers on modern job sites.
