Construction Inclusion Week 2025: Toolbox Talk 11
Small Actions, Big Impact

Daily actions, not one big moment, build a strong jobsite culture.
How we treat each other has an impact on our work environment. This conversation helps teams understand how micro-behaviors affect morale and retention and learn everyday habits that build trust. The discussion focuses on how retention is impacted by how individuals are treated and looks at how an inclusive culture improves performance and safety on every project. Ultimately, the goal is to empower individuals to take responsibility in creating a positive team culture.
