Facilitation Strategies:
• Host an interactive "Trade Career Speed-Dating" session where apprentices and trade professionals present 5-minute lightning talks about their daily work and entry pathways.
• Set up hands-on craft demonstration stations at local high schools or community centers, allowing participants to try basic trade skills alongside experienced mentors.
• Create a "Break the Barrier" panel discussion featuring diverse trade workers who share real strategies for overcoming common industry entry challenges.
• Launch a "Day in the Life" virtual site tour and Q\\&A webinar highlighting different trade disciplines to reach remote or prospective craft talent.
