Facilitation Strategies:
• Launch a bi-weekly "Leadership Sandbox" lunch-and-learn where rising managers role-play real workplace scenarios and receive immediate feedback from senior executives.
• Create an interactive digital scenario board on the company intranet where emerging leaders can asynchronously submit active challenges and vote on community-driven solutions.
• Conduct small-group "Leadership Speed Coaching" sessions during site visits, pairing field supervisors with seasoned directors for 15-minute targeted mentorship sprints.
