Objective
Empower leaders to recognize their team's contributions by guiding facilitators to spotlight impactful leadership and foster a culture of sustained appreciation and engagement.
Facilitation Strategies:
• Host a daily "Leadership Spotlight" micro-standup during site toolbox talks where team members share stories of how a leader supported their personal or professional growth.
• Organize a "Pass the Baton" peer-recognition activity where leaders receive appreciation tokens from team members and pass them forward to recognize emerging leaders on site.
• Distribute leadership appreciation reflection cards during shift starts for workers to write anonymous notes of gratitude to site supervisors and project managers.
• Conduct a "Leadership Listening Circle" where facilitators guide site leaders to actively hear feedback from crews on how to better foster an inclusive work environment.
