Empower participants to overcome complex obstacles by guiding them through an AI problem-solving competition that unlocks innovative thinking and drives transformative solutions.
Facilitation Strategies:
• Launch a site-wide "AI Hackathon" stand-down where field teams tackle real construction safety and efficiency challenges using beginner-friendly AI prompt templates.
• Partner with tech providers to set up an interactive "AI Innovation Booth" during Construction Inclusion Week where workers test generative tools to solve logistical bottlenecks.
• Create a cross-departmental competition pairing veteran superintendents with early-career engineers to co-develop AI-driven solutions for jobsite inclusion and accessibility.
• Host a live "Pitch & Prototype" showcase at the end of the week where participating teams present their AI ideas to leadership for real project funding.
