Hold listening sessions with employees.

Objective
Empower facilitators to guide employees through structured listening sessions, giving them a clear voice to resolve workplace challenges and foster a collaborative, retention-focused culture.
Facilitation Strategies:
• Conduct "Toolbox Talk Listening Sessions" right on the job site, providing pre-printed prompt cards for craft workers to share safety and culture feedback over a catered breakfast.
• Host "Safety Stand-Down Idea Swaps" where facilitators gather field crews in small circles to discuss workplace barriers and co-create daily inclusion commitment boards.
• Establish an anonymous "Voice Box" physical and digital intake system for job sites, using scheduled weekly facilitator-led roundtables to address and resolve top-voted employee challenges.
• Launch a "Peer-to-Peer Listening Partnership" program, pairing trade workers across different crafts during site safety walks to discuss shared experiences and improve team collaboration.
