• Host live "Passing the Hard Hat" audio recording sessions on job sites during Construction Inclusion Week where apprentices interview retiring veterans.
• Create a digital "Wisdom from the Field" video archive and screen selected interview highlights during site-wide lunch-and-learns.
• Publish a daily story spotlight on company channels throughout the week showcasing key trade secrets and life lessons captured from senior workers.
• Present participating legacy workers and interviewers with commemorative hard hat decals celebrating mentorship and industry heritage during site stand-downs.
