Facilitation Strategies:
• Distribute physical "Caught Doing Great Work" card booklets to foremen and superintendents during Construction Inclusion Week morning stand-downs.
• Create a jobsite trailer "Recognition Wall" where hand-written cards are displayed to make peer and manager appreciation visible to all trade crews.
• Host a weekly raffle during safety huddles where turned-in recognition cards enter workers into drawings for high-grade tools or company gear.
• Enable a digital card submission feature in jobsite mobile apps so office staff and field managers can acknowledge remote or multi-site workers in real time.
