• Host a weekend "Family Appreciation BBQ" at a local park, providing games and catered food so employees can introduce their families to colleagues.
• Create a "Family Spotlight Wall" on site or digitally, where workers share photos and stories of the loved ones who support their daily work.
• Issue customized "Family Gratitude Gift Packs" or meal vouchers that workers can take home to share a special dinner with their support system.
