Facilitation Strategies:
• Partner with local trade schools and apprenticeship programs to host live, interactive skills stations where seasoned workers mentor junior craftspeople.
• Set up interactive simulator booths or VR training modules on jobsites to allow workers to safely practice and master specialized equipment and techniques.
• Organize a "Pass the Mic" peer-led demo series where crew members of varying skill levels present short, step-by-step masterclasses on unique field tricks and tools.
• Launch a cross-trade shadow program giving workers hands-on exposure to different trades to broaden their technical versatility and career pathing options.
