Construction Inclusion Week 2025: Toolbox Talk 10

Supporting People with Different Abilities and Neurodivergent Thinking Styles

Introduce multi-modal communication and accessible workflow practices that support diverse learning styles and physical abilities across the crew.

Standard instructions and rigid workflows can create unnecessary friction for crew members with different learning styles or physical abilities. Utilizing visual guides, step-by-step briefings, and flexible communication removes operational bottlenecks for everyone. Designing accessible jobsites allows every worker to apply their unique problem-solving strengths safely.
