Construction Inclusion Week 2025: Toolbox Talk 9
Construction Careers for Veterans

Help teams translate military experience into site operations and implement onboarding practices that support veterans transitioning to civilian careers.
Transitioning from military service to civilian life requires adapting to a new environment while seeking a familiar sense of mission and teamwork. Construction projects benefit immensely from the leadership, operational discipline, and problem-solving veterans bring. Structured onboarding and peer support help military personnel apply their experience directly to site success.
