Neither - Construction Inclusion Week is an industry-wide awareness effort to create collective safe spaces for difficult conversations, provide educational insights, and to foster a more inclusive construction industry. 

Construction Inclusion Week will provide content and curriculum for jobsites and offices, as well as planning tools. The week targets all company types involved in the built environment: architects/designers, owners/clients, municipalities, and associations in addition to construction and trades.
