Now in its fourth year, this initiative reflects the industry's commitment to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the built environment.

As a forward-thinking 501(c)(6) organization, Construction Inclusion Week seeks to unify an expansive network of industry professionals — including general contractors, specialty contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, owners, and technology firms — around the vital mission of promoting DEI. Our ambition stretches far beyond a week-long observance; we're committed to fostering a year-round culture of inclusivity that resonates through every project and practice.



Last year, the participation of over 5,000 firms was an inspiring testament to the growing momentum and shared commitment to inclusion. This year, we aim to continue this remarkable growth and extend our reach even further. Construction Inclusion Week aspires to involve every corner of the industry — from owners to architects, municipalities, and associations — ensuring that Construction Inclusion Week becomes a ubiquitous catalyst for change across all facets of our field.
